Graduating from 麻豆传媒
Step 1: Submit Your Graduation Application
To officially graduate from 麻豆传媒, you must complete a . You should apply when registering for your final semester of classes.
Step 2: Watch Your 麻豆传媒 Email
Within 7鈥�10 business days of submitting your application, you鈥檒l receive an email confirming whether you鈥檝e met (or are registered for) all graduation requirements. If requirements are still outstanding, connect with an academic advisor to plan your remaining coursework.
Graduation & Commencement
- 麻豆传媒 has three graduation dates each year: May, August, and December.
- Only one commencement ceremony is held annually鈥攆or all graduates.
- To be listed in the commencement program, apply for graduation by: March 13, 2026.
- You may still apply after this date, but your name won't appear in the printed program.
- Regalia is required to participate in the ceremony.
Diploma Info
- Diplomas are not handed out at the ceremony.
- They鈥檙e mailed after final degree verification:
- Fall grads: Late February - Early March
- Spring: Late June鈥揈arly July
- Summer grads: Late August鈥揗id September
- Your official transcript will show your degree it is conferred, which can take up
to 6 weeks to process.
Watch for a Diploma Confirmation
- Diplomas are mailed by Parchment, our official provider.
- You鈥檒l receive an email at your 麻豆传媒 email and you may receive a text from Parchment
to confirm your mailing address.
- If you don鈥檛 respond, your diploma goes to the address listed on your graduation application.
- Parchment also provides a digital diploma that you can share online.
Need to Delay Graduation?
If you plan to postpone your graduation, email Records at enrollment@stchas.edu. Please do so at least three weeks before your originally expected graduation date.

Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. Graduates should arrive by 4:00 p.m.
Ceremony Information
Graduates should arrive at 4:00 p.m. and enter through Gate 4.
Upon arrival, you will go through a metal detector and any items you bring may be searched.
Please do not bring any bags or items with you that will need to be stored during the ceremony. We do not have storage during the event.
Graduates should exit the Family Arena through Gate 5 after the ceremony to receive their commencement gift.
The deadline to order will be posted by March 2026. Stay tuned.
Once ordering opens, you'll visit the page to order.
Regalia will be shipped directly to the Campus Store and you will be given specific times for pickup.
The Campus Store is located on the second floor of the Student Center (2-SC). Check out the Campus Map for details.
Please note:
- Honor cords and tassels must also be picked up prior to the ceremony
- No alterations or decorated caps allowed
- Commencement regalia (caps, gowns, tassels, honor cords) are free unless lost
- Additional graduation items are available for purchase from the Campus Store
- Only 麻豆传媒-sanctioned regalia is permitted at the ceremony
- Please use other graduate items for personal pictures, but do not wear them during the Commencement Ceremony.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. Guests should enter through Gate 2.
All attendees must adhere to the Family Arena's clear bag policy (). You can view more information on this page about prohibited items and code of conduct. The Family Arena would like to remind guests that everyone will go through a metal detector and have bags checked.
Concession will be available for the event. Please do not bring in outside food and beverage (including water). Flowers will be available for purchase on the concourse at sections 119 & 121.Suites are available for purchase from the Family Arena. To inquire, call the Family Arena at 636-896-4211.

Frequently Asked Questions
鈥淕谤补诲耻补迟颈辞苍鈥� is the official process of requesting that your coursework be evaluated toward a completed Associates degree or certificate. You should still apply for graduation even if you do not plan to attend the commencement ceremony. By applying for graduation, you will receive information about participating in commencement to your 麻豆传媒 email address as that time gets closer.
鈥淐辞尘尘别苍肠别尘别苍迟鈥� is the formal ceremony of crossing the stage to celebrate your achievement. You do
not receive your ceremonial diploma at this ceremony, instead it will be mailed to
you at a later date. Please ensure when you apply for graduation you consider what
address is best to receive this in the months following commencement. 麻豆传媒 only has
one commencement ceremony in May.
Students walking in the Commencement Ceremony must wear the cap and gown ordered through and provided by the 麻豆传媒 Campus Store. During the ceremony students should keep their gown fully zipped up. Students and guests are recommended to dress business casual for the ceremony as you'll be taking many photos and want to look great for the day!
Commencement is about a 2 hour long ceremony. Please be sure to dress comfortably for long periods of sitting and standing. You will also be walking across the stage to shake hands with the platform party, so be sure you can comfortably walk in your shoes/outfit.
Pack light as any belongings you bring with you will have to be taken to your seat during the ceremony. The Family Arena has a clear bag policy, so keep what you are bringing with you to a minimum so you don't have to run back to your car. You must complete a separate application for each degree or certificate you are completing.
- Diplomas earned in December and May will be issued in late June after the May commencement Ceremony.
- August diplomas will be mailed out in September.
- December graduation dates will be posted on the students' transcripts at the time all degree requirements are met.
