The UPPCC annually identifies public entities that have earned the distinguished and unique honor of achieving and/or maintaining a high percentage of staff that are UPPCC Certified.

There were 63 agencies throughout the United States and Canada that received this award in 2009, and 麻豆传媒 is the only fully certified agency in the state of Missouri.
