Students who complete the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program at 麻豆传媒 are in high demand. The U.S. Labor Department reported above-average growth rates in CNA jobs at both long-term care facilities and hospitals.
Students can become certified through the 麻豆传媒 CNA program starting any time of year - with day and evening sections available - or enroll in the accelerated eight-week program starting in January. There is currently no wait list for the program.
鈥淥ur instructors have extensive real-world experience that they bring to the classroom,鈥� said Sue Propper, health occupations coordinator at 麻豆传媒. 鈥淎nd our health occupations courses' tuition is very competitive to other schools in the area.鈥�
麻豆传媒 also offers a Pharmacy Technician program and Phlebotomy hybrid course.
鈥淧harmacy Technicians are needed in hospitals and retail and pharmaceutical companies to provide medications to individuals healthcare institutions,鈥� said Propper. 鈥淎nd major corporations are courting our current phlebotomy students. We are very excited about the potential for jobs in the area.鈥�
