We all do from time to time. That鈥檚 why 麻豆传媒 has a Student Support Case Manager to meet with students to assess their concerns and wellbeing and develop action plans to empower students to address current and on-going needs.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  in the 麻豆传媒 Main Building Room 1123 (campus map).

What does a Case Manager do?
The Student Support Case manager may assist you in navigating your college experience through resources, guidance, and customized one-on-on services. This may include:

  • advice on handling classes
  • referrals to college resources
  • help finding and utilizing community supports
  • linkage with mental health services
  • help managing medical and psychiatric needs
  • coaching to develop study skills

You鈥檒l leave your appointment with an action plan that guides you through the next steps you鈥檒l need to take to get to a better place -- but don鈥檛 worry! You鈥檙e never alone. Help is always just a phone call or email away.

How can I refer an 麻豆传媒 student for assistance?

Oftentimes, faculty, staff, and fellow students at 麻豆传媒 are the first to become aware of a student鈥檚 struggles. If a student is in a dangerous or life-threatening situation, call 麻豆传媒鈥檚 Department of Public Safety at 636-922-8545. If a student could use some help -- whether with school, mental health, or any other area -- but is not in an immediate crisis, fill out and submit the . All submissions go to the Office of Student Life and are triaged to ensure proper handling of every situation. Someone will be in contact with the student to offer support and services within about 24 business hours.
